I stayed only one night at the hotel, and that was more than enough to know I wouldn’t want to stay again. The air conditioning throughout the hotel—especially in our room—was not working, right in the middle of summer when the rooms have very limited ventilation. We weren’t able to get any rest before our 13-hour flight. We spent the whole night sweating excessively, suffocating from the heat, because the ventilation system was never fixed, nor did they seem to have any intention of addressing the issue.
I had to get up more than three times during the night just to take cold showers in an attempt to relieve the unbearable heat. This was supposed to be a night of rest before a long trip, and instead it was completely exhausting.
The front desk didn’t even offer to move us to a better-ventilated room or provide any alternative solution.
On a positive note, I must say the shuttle service to the airport is very efficient and convenient. However, that doesn’t make up for the terrible experience we had at the hotel.

Friendly and competent staff but the hotel is dated and needs an overhaul. My room on the 5th floor was too warm even with the ac on and it wasn’t even hot outside. I can only imagine what it’s like in the summer.

I was grateful to find such a pleasing hotel right by the Geneva Airport. The free airport shuttle--which I caught at 4 a.m. for an early flight--was an enormous convenience.

Good location for the airport. Free shuttle service, and driver was delightful.
Easy bus ride into town.
The staff in all areas were nice and friendly and helpful.
The room was clean but very hot, and the aircon wasn’t doing much. Only 1 tissue in the bathroom, and small amount of shower wash.
