This property is very convenient for airport arrivals and departures. We actually arrived by train and departed by air. Both modes provided the same experience. The shuttle was very reliable, though there was some queuing during our times. The terminal is walkable if one is prepared for that. However, the train station has extra distance. I had two reservations from different booking sources and the staff was very helpful to accommodate my need. There are a few dining options within walking distance. We also did delivery one night. The restaurant did provide disposable utensils to help us out with that. We stayed two nights and walked comfortably to/from both tram and bus stops to reach the city. The hotel provided the free Geneve city tourist transportation tickets. I was able to do laundry next door at the partner Nash Suites. Nash Airport is a very good value. Because of the very good city transportation, I would consider using this hotel for a future city stay.

We arrived very late and there was 24/7 shuttle service available so it was very convenient for us. We also took the shuttle early morning to airport just to send our luggages to Interlaken Ost as we head over to Annecy. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Drivers are kind as well. Stress free stay overall for a happy trip :)

Great hotel, fabulous welcome from reception. Room a little too hot even with air con at maximum- but a clean comfortable bed. Some dubious characters near the underpass on the walk to the hotel made us feel uneasy hence the lower score for location

Very convenient location right next to the airport and with a shuttle. Also close to the bus line to get you right into downtown Geneva.
Pros: location, cleanliness, amenities, bus pass, bag drop
Cons: arrived to hotel 2 hours before check in and they would not give us the wifi password until we could check in, that made it hard for us to figure out plans while waited, front desk person was not very helpful; description says the rooms are air conditioned but that was not the case

I stayed only one night at the hotel, and that was more than enough to know I wouldn’t want to stay again. The air conditioning throughout the hotel—especially in our room—was not working, right in the middle of summer when the rooms have very limited ventilation. We weren’t able to get any rest before our 13-hour flight. We spent the whole night sweating excessively, suffocating from the heat, because the ventilation system was never fixed, nor did they seem to have any intention of addressing the issue.
I had to get up more than three times during the night just to take cold showers in an attempt to relieve the unbearable heat. This was supposed to be a night of rest before a long trip, and instead it was completely exhausting.
The front desk didn’t even offer to move us to a better-ventilated room or provide any alternative solution.
On a positive note, I must say the shuttle service to the airport is very efficient and convenient. However, that doesn’t make up for the terrible experience we had at the hotel.
