The place is across from the airport. The free shuttle was great. It comes every 10 mins i think. The drivers are helpful with the luggage. The day staff was wonderful. She's very courteous and not all business. She informed us about the free transportation/train if tourists stay in a hotel in Geneva which i don't know about. Forget about getting internet connection/wifi once you checked out and hang around the lobby to wait for your flight. The staff told us how to login but didn't realize that you have to get some kind of passcode on your phone that you didn't have connection to begin with. The set up was just a little weird/complicated unless I was missing something, Our flight was not scheduled until after midnight but the hotel was good enough to store our luggage till we were ready to got to the airport. The w/e staff was a bit abrupt but I guess when you have people trying to check in on a Sunday evening could be a bit stressful.

Poor air condition. Access to shuttle is totally unsafe, no lights on the down steps to reach the shuttle. I almost fell. Shuttle schedule is not respected. Driver left at 4.45am instead of 5am!

Not sure why there is a coffee vending machine and no complimentary coffee at this hotel. I’ve never stayed in a place yet that hasn’t had complimentary beverages either in the lobby or in the room. Seems a little stingy to me. As a person who needs that coffee in the am I found this to be quite disruptive to my routine. It’s not about being a cheapskate. Because yes I could go down to the lobby pay 4 chf’s and get a coffee. But I think there are other ways for a hotel to cut costs.

The Nash Airport Hotel was conveniently located near the Geneva Airport. The room was quiet and clean AND had AC. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and updated.

We stayed two nights before going back home after a two week Europe trip to be close to the airport. The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bar are convenient. The only negative, they don’t take reservations for the airport shuttle so if you are counting on it for your departure day make sure you allow an extra 30 minutes as it regularly is full on the appointed hour and then you wait for the next scheduled one.
Several guests ran into this issue the day of our departure so we shelled out the $24CFS for an Uber ride to stay on schedule.
