Great location for visiting Geneva and the city sights. Close to the railway station and bus and tram stops. Airport train stops at the nearby train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value

Hotel has a lot of new updates, and very clean. Walking distance to many places, and tours. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful!! Couldn’t ask for more.

The hotel is good for what you pay, but I didn´t like the area or surroundings, specially at night. I didn´t feel very safe.

We were charged additional fees upon arrival for our son, the website stated that the child age was up to 17 when we booked,but at the property it was actually 15, this cost us an additional 240CHF. We payed £250 per night to stay at this 4 star hotel only to be told that we would have to pay extra for tea and coffee in our room! It was our first trip to Switzerland, we soon realised that if you want to see the best this beautiful country has to offer, Geneva is NOT the place to be!

The staff of the hotel were amazing, however we wanted some milk for our coffee and were told this was only available from the restaurant at 6 Euros for a small cup.
