Novotel Genève Centre

The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely.

We had such a fantastic time at this hotel! The restaurant was wonderful, and the service was top-notch. It's super conveniently located, just three blocks from the train station, so getting around was a breeze. There are loads of great restaurants and shops nearby, plus all the essentials of Geneva are so close by. It’s an excellent pick if you’re traveling with family—luxurious vibes without the hefty price tag!

The hotel location is centrally situated near the train, bus and tram station, breakfast has lots of options to choose from. I love eating warm meals. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, no complaints. The bathroom is immaculately clean. I feel like I’m in a 5 star hotel- is it really 5 star?
