Only a few minutes walk to the security checkpoint and we didn’t even have to go outside. Shops, restaurants, public transportation (trains,trams,buses,airlines,taxis,rental car) are all at the same complex. The hotel is very nice. It has nice restaurant,bar. Staffs are very friendly and professional.

Great access to the train, airport, shopping, etc. rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable as well. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff.

The hotel was 100% occupied when we were waiting for check-in. Jil was able to quickly check us in and made some recommendations for us. Unfortunately our Superior Room was missing robes, slippers and a coffee machine but the staff brought these to our room. Conveniently located near Zurich Airport, clean and efficient. The food at Filini Restaurant was very tasty. Only complaint is that the pillows could be fluffier or have more support.

Great location. They need to do better with housekeeping. I stayed here for two days. No conditioner in the shower even though I just got there. And second day, there were a lot of hairs in the shower which means they didn’t clean well. Very dark room as well

Rooms were very dark. Rooms and corridors smelled unpleasant. Thermostat either didn’t work or not well as room was very hot, making it difficult to sleep as well. One towel had stains and linens were very worn and very rough in texture.

An easy walk to the airport for an early morning flight. Coming to the hotel we walked on the outside. The hotel staff told us of the shorter way. Coffee, croissants, and apples were available, at no charge, for all of us early birds to take with us.

Not great service asked for wake up call for early flight - this wasn’t performed
Remote for TV had no batteries and iron leaked water !
Staff checked us out at 3:35am and then failed to mention the doors to airport were closed until 4am - we walked back with our cases and then saw he did same thing to another customer - wouldn’t stay again

Don’t bother booking a room with an airfield view- our view was obscured by a huge advertising hoarding!
The room, although a little small was clean but the TV was a disappointment- the screen was dark and it wasn’t pleasant to watch- we were unable to increase the brightness.
