Very near to the Station, and when you walking to the station building , you can see the Amazing Lucerne (luzern Lake View ) and also then the Area was amazing because of near to the Shoping area, cafe, store . Absolutely the Lady on front desk is help me a lot . Warmth and Cozy. Perfect 9/10

The room is spacious, good, but too close to the train station. At night, there are people who eat alcohol.
