Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, located right next to Taipei 101, and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay. The view from the room was outstanding, offering a beautiful perspective Taipei 101. Cleanliness was top-notch, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei.

Great location to the 101. Ask for a 101 view and you can see the building from your room. For me, the restaurants pricing was a bit high for my needs, so we ate at other places nearby. Overall great stay.

The spa was amazing, very clean and relaxing, but I wish it stayed open till midnight and not 10:30. We traveled with a toddler and only made it to the spa twice during our whole stay after she went to sleep. Beautiful lobby, welcoming staff, nice pastries in the coffee shop downstairs. The gym was good and open 24 hours.

We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our nine days stay at Gtand Hyatt Taipei! The staff were personal, well trained and friendly. Special thank to Cafe assistant manager Paul Yu. We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way. We’re impressed by his attentive and approachable attitude to handle the problem. He is a great asset to this hotel!

The manager on duty (Jackson, I believe) was very good at managing the situation. He made sure that I was alright and explained the steps that he took and is taking to help me. I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars
