So niceeeeee

全体的に綺麗で静かで高級感のあるホテルでした。 ただ2点 1つは、お部屋をアップグレードしてもらったのですが、そのお部屋の洗面台の水栓が壊れていて水が流れない状態になっていました。ちゃんと定期的に客室の点検をしていないのかなぁと感じました。 2つは、フロントスタッフに態度があまり良くない人がいます。チェックインを担当してくれた方は非常に丁寧でいいと思ったのですが、チェックアウトの後に部屋に忘れ物をした際に対応してくださったスタッフの方は一度も目が合わず、ホテルのラグジュアリーな雰囲気を壊してしまうような態度でうぃた。それが台湾クオリティなのかと言われればそれまでですが、改善の余地はあるかと…。 それを差し引いても、快適には過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I had a wonderful stay at Cozzi Hotel in Tainan. The room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. I had the best and most restful sleep here compared to the other hotels I stayed at during the same trip. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall, making it easy to shop and find food. There are also plenty of local eateries and places of interest nearby, which made exploring Tainan really enjoyable. The only downsides were that the hotel is a bit far from Tainan Train Station. You’ll need to take a bus or other transport to get there, and there were quite a lot of people smoking right at the entrance on Level 1. The smoke made it quite unpleasant when entering the building to take the lift up to the lobby. That said, overall it was a great stay, and I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort, location, and quality rest.

It was a great experience to stay with Cozzi Hotel. Friendly staff and really kind hospitality that we and our kid have enjoyed the moment while we staying. Also the surrounding was convenient for shopping and dinning.

The elevator capacity in this hotel is vastly insufficient for the volume of guests. On checkout day around noon, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get onto an elevator to the parking garage. If you do choose to stay here be sure to get a top floor room and do NOT park in the building’s parking garage—if you do you may never get out.

We stayed at Cozzi Hotel during the lunar new year holidays, which is one of the busiest time of the year. Our stay was very smooth despite the big number of people, demonstrating that the hotel is very well run. We are a family of three, traveling with a toddler, and would recommend this hotel to families traveling with kids up to perhaps 10 years old. Our child thoroughly enjoys the outdoor car ride and the indoor playground facilities. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. There is certainly something for everyone.

Wonderful place to stay

The hotel is nice, friendly to kids, lots of stuff to play. But limited time for breakfast. There is no toothbrush even when you asked over all it’s fine !

The stay was great. Room is comfortable, clean and new. It is close to shopping malls and attractions.

The hotel location is great that close to restaurants,7-11 and department stores. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of food.

We had a very good time! Will definitely come back again!

Our group had 4 young kids and 2 seniors and unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our 2-night stay. Challenges we had (our room had a 15-month old child): 1. Water temperature inconsistent in the shower: this is a big problem for us when showering our 15-month old. We constantly worried about the water becoming too hot suddenly. 2. The whole bathroom area gets extremely wet after taking a shower and it was a trip hazard. 3. The bathroom is enclosed with glass instead of a solid wall. This imposed two big problems for us: noise and light. Our 1-year old needs to sleep in complete darkness and using the bathroom while she was sleeping was impossible, given how bright the whole hotel room would become once bathroom lights were on. We ended up showering and using the bathroom in darkness with our phone flash light on. Little toddlers / babies sleep early so this was a big inconvenience for us. Then there was the noise issue, due to the glass enclosure not being very sound proof, we had to be really careful while using the bathroom to ensure we didn’t wake our little one. 4. Inconsistent room temperature: too cold at night too hot and stuffy during the day. Great location, very walkable and convenient. And the children’s indoor play areas were very nice, coin laundry was also a good perk. However, given the challenges we had staying there with our little one, we cannot recommend this hotel to other families traveling with young toddlers and babies.
