A rather small boutique type hotel but full of amenities that the large hotel chain has. Breakfast is good not because of a lot of food choices but they offer an "a la carte" menu on top of the buffet table. They always make it to your order. The only complaint I have is my room close to the main road and you will hear the noise of the cars pass by. Walking to the Mass Transit is about 5 minutes, which is acceptable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Their service is outstanding.

Loved the separate extended size tub and bath salt. Eased my travel fatique. However, the extra toilet essentials not as good as 2 years ago (cosmetic sponges, cotton swabs and bathcap). Overall, I'll stay again.

Room temperature control was not alway working during our seven nights stay. Temperature was always too cold, especially in the bathroom area. Increasing the temperature setting on the thermostat didn’t work. Complained multiple times to the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance but no improvement. I would have checked out and moved to another hotel if we didn’t prepaid.

Amazing staff and service! Osiris at the front desk was wonderful! I was traveling with my father who started to feel ill. Osiris and Sophy helped me locate a near by hospital ER. Osiris even called afterward to make sure my father was doing okay. It's the people like Osiris and Sophy who keeps me coming back to stay at Fullerton North whenever I am in Taipei.

It's an older building and starting to show it's age. The staff is mostly good not great. The room is large but lighting is inadequate and the ventilation is lacking leaving it humid and hard to cool. Very close to the brown line made it very convenient for myself.

very clean and modern, rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bathtub was a nice touch. The air conditioner in my room was kind of loud when turned up and the temperature wasn't really cold. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable but overall I enjoyed my stay.
