My fourth time staying in this hotel. Very comfortable hotel. Free coffee/tea and snacks all day at the lobby. Breakfast is very nice (earlier with less people will have great service). Outdoor seating area is very comfortable.
I have chosen a slightly bigger room. Sofa corner in the room is so nice to enjoy take away from night market. Room is big. Bathing space is very nice (some mold at the shower place, if cleaned, the whole area is perfect). The small makeup desk with mirror is great. Two tissue paper boxes are provided - very good.
If you need to extend check-out time, the additional cost is affordable and reasonable. Location is great. My friends said they will choose this hotel again next time when they come to Taipei.

整體非常滿意，交通方便，又有很多便利商店，餐廳，和寧靜。房間亁淨，感覺非常舒適。早餐方便，選擇種類也不錯，試了不同款式，非常不錯。下次再到台北的話，也會選擇。

Based on the rating, the expectation was high for me but in reality the rating was over rated. I stayed in many hotels and have comparison. But this one is def. over rated. The service was good but not great. The front desk did not have a happy face and not as polite. The questions I asked did not reply in proper answers. Including parking and breakfast. The parking was free indeed but they did not inform me that there is a mandatory tip for the hotel valet for the free parking. I don't think this is proper. They should have told us when I called to confirm but they left that part off. I could have arranged without driving there. The AC in the room was not cold. It was so hot, I woke up middle of night in sweat.

I have chosen a slightly bigger room. Sofa corner in the room is so nice to enjoy take away from night market. Room is big. Bathing space is very nice (some mold at the shower place, if cleaned, the whole area is perfect). The small makeup desk with mirror is great. Two tissue paper boxes are provided - very good.
If you need to extend check-out time, the additional cost is affordable and reasonable. Location is great. My friends said they will choose this hotel again next time when they come to Taipei.
