Awesome room with super great staff service and warmth. Thank you so much for Ms Prissy and Tanita who helped me during the check in process and check out. They are going extra mile to make me stay comfortable! The room is spacious and the location is super strategic! Awesome place to stay! Definitely will stay here for next trips in Bangkok.

Front reception not friendly across the board. We checked-in as a group quite late at night, and was hoping for a better check-in experience. When we needed troubleshooting, we were also not met with smiles and friendly tone.

Very clean. Bed is so comfortable. Had a washing machine & dryer. Balcony 2 balcony with a building view in front and park view from my room balcony. Such a perfect stay for family. Definitely will stay here again when I go back to Bangkok.

I like that they serve ice lemon tea & orange juice in the room minibar fridge. Gym is also nice.
