The keycard has problem to use but they still allow guest to stay and do not fix it. When I came back late night I cannot enter the room and needed to ask for changing the room.

Weird hotel where 1 bed is more expensive than 2 beds. When booking the hotel, it was stated in the room information that it was 1 bed, but when I checked in, I said no unconditionally and asked for an additional fee.

I often ask for room cleaning directly. The room information clearly stated that it was 1 bed, but when I checked in, I said it was not, and I had to upgrade to a premium. So I had to pay an additional 100 bat per night to use one bed even though it was the same room size and all the same environment often ask for room cleaning directly. Reception was a joke. Shower didn't work properly. Elevator slow. I spent well over ½hour at reception, no AC, just a. Fan blowing on staff.

The rooms were clean and convenient. The staff was friendly. But the lock door was so bad, we couldn't open the door and we waited for a long time. They gave us another room. But our luggage was in our room and we waited until the next morning to take our luggage. The hotel did not give us any policy than the room we stayed in was free.

It seems popular hotel to local people. Decoration of room is good, clear and convenient. The destination is quite near to most tourist attractions. Staff is dedicated but they are not good at English but it is a small problem.
