The environment of the resort is beautiful and staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Isriya at reception. However, I think the hotel management is a bit mean that they make the clients to pay extra for the sauna facilities, since the hotel room is already quite expensive.😔

Hotel was very nice and it was great for vacation in Pattaya. But the location is a bit remote and you will need to call the taxi/car service when you wish to get out from the hotel every time. Transportation fee has costed me a lot during the 3 nights of stay.

We booked the Club room and it was so spacious and quiet. The bed was so comfy and there was BT soundbar for enjoying music! The Club service was excellent! We could enjoy nice breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the lounge with sea view! The staffs are very polite and helpful! Especially Mr Prateep who had been very nice to us, always welcoming us with big smile and good information :)

酒店環境很好，是一間很舒適的resort。我們原本訂的是Pool side access 房間，但到達後非常失望，因為這是一條小河環繞花園，並不是游泳池，而且沒有風景，十分侷促！最後我們要求換房，是低價格房間，感覺好很多，可以卻不能退回多$200的房價！一般房間比較舊，毛巾已經變灰，服務比較失誤,eg.清潔房間後忘記放回毛巾、浴袍等！如果是5星酒店，我會期望高一點！其他都很好！

The swimming pools are very good. We almost go swimming everyday. Most of the facilities are good. The environment looks beautiful and clear. The staff there are helpful and nice too. If you dont want to walk to your house, the stuff are willing to drive you there. We tried the breakfast one day in the trip. The breakfast are delicious and includes various type of cuisine but it may costs more compared than others. The only thing bad is the location requires you to take taxi to go out. I need to pay for THB＄200 for each time, which means THB $400 for going out and back.
