The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are friendly. Arrive before 2 p.m. The staff can check in first. The hotel is in the city center, convenient to travel, near the train station.

Rekomendasi buat wisatawan yang datang ke Hatyai, resepsionis ramah, kamar oke, cuma lift nya saja kecil. Dan yang paling penting bisa early check in tanpa biaya tambahan selama kamar ada. Kemarin saya datang jam 10 pagi, tanya apalah sudah bisa check in, ternyata tidak ada kamar kosong, nunggu di lobby sambil cas handphone, enggak lama dipanggil kamar sudah siap setelah ada tamu yang check out. Hotel di pusat kota, ke Lee Gardens sekitar 300 meter, dekat dengan loket pemberhentian bus ke Malaysia.

The hotel room was very spacious, very neat and tidy, quite clean too. Bathroom was equipped with hot water. Hotel provide guarded underground parking space. Check in & check out was very easy and fast. Hotel staff was very friendly and all smiley. Very RECOMMENDED and will definitely come again.

The room is spacious, clean. The housekeeping cleaned the room although w forgot to ask. Good hotel with a reasonable price.

Room is spaces, no drinking water provided in the room, no glasses/cup and kettle. Room was clean. Can be improved in terms of the basic items. Location wise is good. Very easy to get food. Walking distance to Kim yong market.

The rooms are very clean, close to the Lee Garden Hotel (approximately 10 min walk). The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The family of 4 of us arrived early at 10.30. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but we were allowed in earlier at 12, considering I was going with my elderly parents. Lift facilities are also available. Our family was very satisfied staying at the Red Planet Hotel 👍.

Plus: Friendly and very helpful frontdesk staff, rooms according to photos and clean, soft mattresses. In the hotel lobby there is a desk for taxi & travel that offers a one day tour to Songkla, very helpful for us traveling to Songkla. The hotel's location is strategic near Lee Garden. Minuses: The sound of the air conditioner is very noisy. Station drinking water is only in the lobby. There are no glasses in the room so you have to drink from a bottle.
