Poor Internet. You have to log in a lot. Also shower 🚿 not much water. But every thing else was good. Comfortable big bed. Great location. Nice staff.

The room design was beautiful yet the internet was relatively poor indeed. And I have to login to the WIFI every time. It was totally inconvenient. Therefore, I had to top up my internet like 3 times. Plus, the lights seemed broken, so the room was quite dark, especially in the bathroom. It would be nice if the staff noticed these problems and solved them since the price was not relevant to the quality that I was provided. Thank you.

Room was clean, good location. Fairly quiet street. Air conditioner was noisy and safes do mot work so had to carry passports and money when we left room.

Location of hotel to town takes 25 munites walking to krabi town, once I booked I cannot get refunded if I don't like the hotel location at all, photos are different from real.

The room not same as photo showing very poor and bad smell, if you need same type of room you must upgrade at lobby and pay more. ;(

I booked specific room type, but finished, another hotels they upgrade with no more charge. Why this hotel charge more money for update? Is that custom’s defaulting? You lost this customer krab. Don’t want to review like this, but really unsatisfied. :(

Love the hotel! The staff speak english fluently and assist you warmly. The room also very comfortable. Located not too centre of the city, but its just nice. Easy to find food and transport. There is 7 Eleven and Family Mart nearby too. Will definitely stay here if I ever come to Krabi again.

I love this place next trip I will repeat here I will booked for me and friends. I also recommended this place with everyone. Service front liner very good. Easy to rent motorcycle. Never be the same like I read the feedback with another customer. This hotel so so good
