Extra bed charge THB 950.00 if any *********There is an announcement from the government that there will be an electrical cut in Pratunam area since the government will do the electrical line maintenance on Sunday 16 September 2018 from 8.00 to 16.00. This maintenance will resulted in the electrical cut from the whole area including our Spenza hotel on the specified period. Therefore, we would like to inform our guest in advance on this matter that this might create a little inconvenient to your stay. However, we do very concern on this matter. Our staff will be ready on every floor to escort you to the lobby if your check-out time is on that date. Plus, the check-in time might have to be deferred to 16.00. We’ll keep all of our guests’ belongings in the storage room before the check-in is ready. In the case that any guest would like to leave your stuff into your room between 14.00 to 16.00, our staff will be more than happy to bring your belongings to your room. Staff very nice and helpful. Room space quite big. Close to patrunam market and platinum shopping mall. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends who will come thailand!

It 's really affordable pricing and simple room. Nothing special or negative about it. If you just need a place to lay over near pratunam market. This is the place for you.

Receptionist can speak English well, they allowed for 1 hour late check out, hospitality from staff is very good.
