At check-in 12:00 noon, call in advance. At the time of arrival, the old guest still doesn't check out from the room. Guests are waiting to check in and wait for more than 30 minutes and have to check out on time. While resting, other guests come to knock on the door and turn around.

Font Speaking Impolite We booked a room reservation on December 27, 2019.Transfer all money within that day in order to stay on 30/12/2019. The hotel said that the room is full. There are no room reservations, despite evidence of booking numbers. Money transfer complete By the way, the hotel has resolved to let us go to a room that is not the same as the view, the condition is very bad, the shared bathroom would like the hotel to train the staff better and help to find more for customers.
