Small rooms, not organized check ins. The only reason to stay there was proximity to biggest in the world 7-11.

Loud music being played at a near by thai club 5.30pm until the early hours of the morning, according to the Grass staff this is every day, they are giving out ear plugs which don't work. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free, very poor.

The hotel is very nice for foreigners and Thai people both. The rooms are clean and there are housekeepers that come every day to clean it. There are people that also help you bring the luggage from the car to your room and vice versa. Good hotel to stay in. 🩵.

We booked the room many days in advance. We noted that we needed a high floor, but the hotel still arranged a low floor for us. The noise of the motorcycle scared my baby several times a night, and there were small hairs on the bed sheets. The sanitation work was very good Not careful. Hope the hotel can improve a lot.

Good location not too far from walking street and not too closed. Apartment was clean, small but oke. Enough for 2 people. And have sofa and little kitchen. It was good. Nothing complain!

Front office staff need to smile often, and the night shift front office staff need know more job knowledge, and do communication with morning shift, to inform about online booking room extention by the guest. So we'll be have not do repeatly manual check in the next day. And the kitchen cabinet area is little bit dusty, and many small coakroach on the kitchen and bathroom please do fumigation. But the lady housekeeping is really nice and helpful I give great gratitude she helping me when I ask for help and something. Overall its great.
