The river view room isn’t 100% can see the river. A little bit different with the pictures on Hotels.com . Dodo car only pick you up to BTS station for free, but need to go back to hotel by walk 10-15mins and through a quite mess local street. Michelin 2 stars Chef’s Table is truly recommend to dinner , excellent cousins & wine let me enjoy the wonderful night.

共住四晚，第一晚入住是，洗手間的便盆堵塞了，通知客服，很快就派人來完成維修。第一晚洗澡的淋浴花灑水壓超低，水壓十分弱，第二天早上通知客服後，很快就維修妥當。之後的幾天住得十分舒適，很滿意。客服為表歉意，於第二晚送了我們一支白酒，第三晚送了四張免費飲品券讓我們到 SkyBar 享用，十分貼心。整體是十分滿意，一定會再來入住。

3泊しましたが毎日違うメニューがあり飽きずに美味しくいただきました卵料理ではエッグベネディクトも選べてその場で調理していたたけたのが良かったですラウンジも素敵な景色でお酒をいただきながらゆっくりすごせましたお部屋は写真で見るよりリビングスペースがゆったりしていました

Staff is what makes the stay superb! Good location although you might expect traffic within the area during rush hour which is typical in BKK. Very good breakfast selection although same exact dishes everyday which can be boring for people staying for long period like me I stayed for 2 weeks and it was same dishes everyday for breakfast but there was a variety and options for everyone. Rooms / Suits are very spacious but furnitures can be refurbished. Overall it was a great stay but small details can make it a perfect one.

彼氏との記念日に利用予定でしたが、急遽彼が来れなくなってしまい、私1人の滞在になりました。正直チェックインした時は疲れていたし気分が落ち込んでいたのですが、ホテルに到着してからはすごく気分が晴れました。入り口のスタッフの方々の気遣いや挨拶にまず感動しました。チェックインもスムーズで完璧でした。お部屋は角部屋を用意してくださっていたので景色も最高で、静かな中ゆっくりと楽しめました。記念日だと伝えてあったのでお菓子とカードのサプライズもしてくださり、本当に感動しました。優しくて明るいスタッフの方々とこの素晴らしいホテルが大好きになりました。今度は絶対彼氏と2人で滞在しようと思います。素敵な体験をありがとうございました。
