The hotel was extremely clean and staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Their sky bar has an amazing view although the drinks are a bit pricey. I was there celebrating my birthday with friends and we were fortunate enough to have them give us a complimentary upgrade on our room to a suite, which was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Service/staff was great. Food and dining horrible. Sky bar had ants crawling all around and if drink left long enough, was crawling on glass. Food at Breeze not worth the money. Tom yum soup tasted like sea water, no flavor. Only good part of dinner was they delivered leftovers which was most of the meal to ours room so we can just throw away. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent. Was a good hotel years ago. Not worth staying again.

Once upon a time lebua tower was epitome of sophistication unfortunately we found the standards had slipped... on arrival our room was not available we were taken to the club lounge whilst our room which was going to be one of the newly renovated rooms on the 59th floor as we returning customers, after waiting over an hour we were given a room on 58th not newly renovated...My husband whom was asked to go and change his shoes as they were not appropriate yet over the course of our stay we noticed several people both males and females wearing the same shoes and being allowed to stay. Also allowing children whom are screaming and running around. It's not quite the same club lounge that it once was...no evening cocktails. Also your website states that you have a tuk tuk to take guests to the BTS yet when I enquired I was told that there was no transport, again had I known maybe I would have chosen somewhere closer. I must commend the staff they were always willing to help. Breakfast was lovely

Our (2 adults, 1 child) stay at Lebua was good and interesting - a classic Bangkok juxtaposition of enormous luxury that’s become unsustainable, with large sections of the hotel visibly abandoned. You pay for a spectacular view, so we recommend getting the river view and Tower Club, for lounge access. Lounge access is excellent for families - there are always western style plain snack foods for small children and a nice glass of wine for the parents. Pool is okay, breakfast is excellent and service is attentive. Nice little extras left in the room like chocolates and a turndown service. The room furniture is basic and old and in need of an update. There are more interesting places to stay in Bangkok for the price.

Incredible hotel, with fantastic staff and great service. Highly quality food and beverages, and a fantastic room. Balcony was amazing and safe and offered unreal views of Bangkok. Also felt very safe with a toddler.
