Good location, walk to Festival Central just two minutes while walk to famous night market just around 10mins, and room very big, comfortable, clean and staff are very friendly, strongly recommended.

A very nice location and comfort stay. They hotel is very clean and spacious. At night, we all can sleep well because very silent. Will stay again if go to hatyai

A very comfy bed and nice staff. The location is just right next to Central Festival Hat Yai. There is a pantry with a microwave and vending machine as well. Will stay here again.

Walking distance to Central HatYai Festival, clean room and friendly staff. For Malaysians, bring extra MYR cash for deposit, the hotel accept both MYR cash and THB. Have mini fridge, so feel free to shop more at 7E;).

Stayed at Z Sleep from 22-25/2/24. The attending counter staff was friendly and she speaks good english (if not mistaken her name is Ms. Koi). Very conveniently located next to Central Festival Mall (just few minutes walk). Room is clean and spacious. Make sure to book enough room for everyone because extra person in one room will be charged 500 baht per night (children who are taller than the check in counter and above 12 are considered adult, one standard room only allowed to check in 2 adult-extra person they will charge). I was travelling with family of 7 (5 adult + son 15 y. O + daughter 13 y. O), only booked 2 rooms so I had extra 3 person. Ended up booked 1 more room at the counter because it is cheaper (999 baht/night) and paid 500baht/night for 1 extra person rather than paying 1500baht/night for 3 extra person (and have to squeeze them in the 2 rooms without proper bed because they have no extra bed, just extra pillow & toiletries provided for each extra person). Deposit 1000baht/room must be paid in cash upon check in.

The rom is clean and the front er helpful. The best man for helping us everything is the employee who is sitting outside by parking places. I forgot his name. The technicals of the hotel are not helpful we were staying there and having the problem with the shower he didn't do nothing but he said he has fix but the shower still not working and my friend have to fix all the problems by himself. Totally the hotel are good but not keeping noise form outside.
