Great staff but very limited breakfast offerings

I’ve learned the hard way that booking through Expedia doesn’t always guarantee you the room you want. We requested a king room but ended up with two doubles. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault—it seems more an issue with Expedia not properly holding the reservation. That said, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, kind, and attentive. Anything we needed, they took care of promptly. They even handled a tricky situation with another guest who seemed to forget they were sharing a space with others, which was impressive and showed great professionalism. One of the best perks is the included access to the Atlantis water park — my son and husband had an absolute blast there. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at the hotel restaurant was fine—nothing special, but the service was good. Just be prepared to pay resort prices for average food and drinks, which were definitely on the expensive side. The hotel building itself could use some upkeep. There were strange smells in some areas and visible wear and tear throughout. However, the beds were comfortable enough, and the showers worked well, so the basics were covered. Comfort Suites offers a more affordable room option compared to other nearby resorts. If you’re okay with getting what you pay for, just be prepared so you’re not disappointed. Great hotel and staff

Loved the accommodations, access to the park, cleanliness, and service was friendly. Also, loved the continental breakfast and the service.

I am not happy with this hotel and their telephone customer service but upon checking in, the young lady at the desk was very professional and friendly. I lost $355 booking this hotel and that is the last they will see of my money or my presence. They were unwilling to work with me as a customer and after paying for my room, they would rather take my money, and provide no service than to adjust my booking to accommodate me. Hope you needed that extra $355 to stay afloat. Good riddance

We decided to stay at Comfort Suites instead of Atlantis because we thought it would be a better deal . . . and it was! Honestly, we loved everything about the hotel: the friendly staff, the easy full access to Atlantis, the beautiful epiphytic orchids that line the property. The only exception is they tried not to honor the advertised $100 credit at the restaurant. I saw

The Door was finicky and the TV in the room didnt have cable. Otherwise it was pretty good

The property was clean, and the staff was amazing friendly and very helpful (we needed a microwave for our room and they had it in the room before we returned. It"s close to the Atlantis great for families with children.

We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, there was a downpour inside the building outside our room, so we had to change rooms. Otherwise the customer service was great, the food and the overall room was comfortable.

The staff at the hotel is so friendly and helpful! Much more so than at Atlantis. You get all access to all parts of Atlantis if you stay here including the fitness center and water park. Grocery store, affordable restaurant, Wendy’s and food trailer park across the street as well as the Straw market where you can get local souvenirs. Boats to different islands launch nearby also. The breakfast was great! Overall this is definitely my go to place in Nassau! Loved it here!
