Comfort Suites Paradise Island

Excellent stay again. We went for an event and got to enjoy the property, Expedia perks and Atlantis. Staff is always friendly, breakfast always delicious. From the moment we got on the property everyone was helpful and pleasant. We will be returning for a wedding and have chosen to stay here again!

We love staying there. The staff are amazing and they are very friendly. We definitely will come back to visit again sometime in the future.

I travel frequently, and while this hotel is conveniently located near Atlantis, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The property is incredibly outdated — the rooms feel like they’re straight out of the 1950s, and the amenities are old and in serious need of renovation. Breakfast was chaotic, poorly organized, and honestly, pretty terrible. What really ruined the experience, though, was how the staff handled a sensitive situation. My 7-year-old son had a tummy issue and had an accident inside the men’s restroom in the lobby. As I was quickly ushering him back to our room to clean him up, an employee confronted my 77-year-old mother — demanding to know our room number so we could be charged a hazard fee. While the fee itself might have been understandable under different circumstances, what was absolutely not acceptable was the employee’s aggressive and disrespectful tone. To make matters worse, he told my elderly mother that she would need to clean the public restroom in order to avoid the $300 fee. I have never in all my years of travel heard of a hotel suggesting — let alone encouraging — a guest to clean a public bathroom. The next day, the manager did call to apologize, which I appreciated, but honestly, the damage was done. A little compassion and professionalism would’ve gone a long way. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others, especially families.

Beautiful

I stay here often this time though was horrible. The check in process. Three people were checking in arriving guests. I do not expect the process to be speedy. Standing on line for 45 minutes to get to the actual front desk was due to the staff having long conversations with the guests. Then assisting someone that was not on the line and also having a lengthy conversation with them as well. Add to that the bar area had a bartender that told me to wait to place my order only to finally come outside and assist a couple in the pool even though I went inside to find him. Then he told me I couldn't place my order only for me to find a woman that told him he could in fact place the order. Hopefully my next visit will be 100 percent favorable. July 4, 2025 though was HORRIBLE from check in to the bar area.

Staff were amazing. The beds weren’t great but served its purpose. The halls and rooms had a mildew smell to it but it was not a deal breaker. The free breakfast was decent. The pool and bar were exceptionally amazing.

The property is average. The room was ok. Thought it to be somewhat beneath the standard of a hotel in this area of Paradise Island should be. The front door showed evidence of cracks which says to me that someone had tried to break the door in before our visit. The breakfast was meh. Eggs were undercooked. Waffle was decent. Coffee as well but there was a wait for it. Juice and coffee machine weren’t working. Renovations to the rooms would be beneficial. Especially the bathroom. And ESPECIALLY if you’re paying $450 a night!

Overall experience was great

Fantastic stay!

The property was great but I did not get a VIP room. My room faced the pool. The room was good but I would not paid to upgrade if I had known.

Our room was clean but the overall hotel is aged. Since it is right next door to the Atlantis, you can definitely see the difference in the age of the building (both inside and out). The property itself (rooms, floors, decor, outside exterior) just needs to be updated and modernized. However, overall, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and super helpful.

The whole entire staff was very thoughtful and friendly, the complimentary breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

Rooms ok. Resort was good. Access to Atlantis made it great. But the carpets smelled a little.

The property and staff were excellent except for the restaurant manager and staff who were rude when we asked for an indoor table for a meeting.

Clean. Friendly staff. Walkable to the Atlantis and with access to all their amenities.

Everyone at the resort was great. Very friendly staff that worked with us the whole stay to make sure our family was happy and comfortable.

It wasn’t the best room I’ve been in the safe was on the floor and the bed was next to the sink the fridge was rusty and not cooling

It was right next to Atlantis, staff very accommodating.

My kids loved the pool as did I.

The Manager was very helpful in resolving any issue we had. Very accomodating.
