I wish we could have simply gotten our bracelets for the waterpark at our hotel front desk instead of having to go to the Royal counter by the aquarium every day. I loved that our hotel pool never ‘officially’ closed and that we could swim at any time! The breakfast varied a little every day and were very good. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The hotel itself is a little dated and has seen better days but it is clean, comfortable, the food at the bar and restaurant is very good, the location is great with access to Atlantis, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store and beach! Don’t bother going to Cabbage Beach. Yes, it is beautiful, but ALL the beaches are beautiful! We paid 40$US for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella there. However, after we discovered that with our free access passes to Atlantis (with our stay at Comfort Suites) we also get loungers (with covers to protect from the sun) and towels for free there! Atlantis Beach is just a 5 minute walk on the beach from Cabbage Beach. This was a romantic, fun and beautiful stay.

This is a really good value for the cost. As other reviews have mentioned, you have daily access to Atlantis (you'll just need to take your orange card pass to the Royal Tower everyday to get your day passes). The path to Atlantis is clearly marked and an easy 5-7 minute walk. Shops (including a Dunkin', restaurants, liquor store, and mini mart are also close by). The free daily breakfast was also quite well done, with solid meat and egg options (though watch out for the seagulls stealing your food for the outdoor seating!) One minor issue - the food at the restaurant at lunch was just OK, with small portions. Service was also on "island time". We only ate there once. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very nice and courteous. Tanica (I hope I'm spelling that right) was wonderful and made sure our room had everything we needed. All in all, this was a very good experience and I strongly recommend this property.

Had to change rooms twice on our 3rd night there. We were woken by the very loud sound of squeaking mice in the ceiling and light fixtures. The very nice overnight desk agent moved us to another room. That rooms tv did not work, she moved us again. She was very accommodating but moving because of mice left a bad taste in our stay.

The front desk was more occupied with talking amongst each other than welcoming us to the property and checking us in. The housekeepers were fantastic as was the maintenance and dinning room staff. The buffet was free as advertised, but there was not anything to cover the food to prevent customers hair or germs from falling in the food. We passed. The location is great for Atlantis, and it’s a great deal getting passes to get in free. Atlantas passes are $195.00 per person, but we got in free.

Its great if you want to do Atlantis on a budget. But its 3* at best so don't expect anything more. I would have been fine with it but there's some things i cannot overlook; check in was 90 minute wait, they put us in connecting rooms when i specifically requested in advance and at the desk 4x not to. They put us at the furthest end of the hotel away from everything. I couldnt use my food and beverage credit as they kept charging me separately for tax and gratuity. Sometimes they did sometimes thry didn't. Food at the restaurant was decent except one time waited an hour for nachos and no water. Also most concerning is a manually keyed charge on my credit card on the day of check out. They were not authorized to use this card, it was used as a one time payment to swipe my balance owed on check in. They wont respond to me about it. Ive disputed it with my credit card company. So much for being VIP gold member with expedia. Total opposite experience!

It is an ordinary hotel, breakfast the most basic continental every day no change, after two days can not eat it. Staff courteous but not really friendly. Only positive it is waking distance to Atlantis and they take advantage of that. They advertise low cost in expedia but once you arrived they charge you extra high fees which double your stay. So do not worth it…

Positives, close walking distance to Atlantis, excursions and Margaritaville. Water park access was nice and overall the property and room were clean. Food was mediocre. Service was hit or miss. We weren’t given our VIP welcome gift at check in (the people in front of us received it) when we went back later and asked for it, we were questioned about it as if we were lying about not receiving it. The gift was a few coupons. Service was good or really bad depending on who was around. A few employees were friendly and a few were borderline rude. Smoke alarms went off randomly. The first time that we mentioned the smoke detectors going off in our room they came and “fixed” it. The next night the smoke alarm went off at 3am and 3:20am. Mentioned it the next morning and when we returned they had completely removed the smoke detector.
