Really good hotel. We was glad to visit such good place.

It was the perfect accommodation for a trip to Troy with my child.❤️ The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Troy ruins, offering a stunning, unobstructed sea view. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. The view from the elevator was particularly romantic, and the mosque seen from the hotel corridor was also beautiful. The breakfast was kept clean and hygienic, with well-spaced seating that allowed for a relaxed dining experience. There was also a seaside walking path, perfect for a morning stroll, and the outdoor pool was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided quick service.👍 The parking area was spacious and convenient. With its quiet and cozy atmosphere, this hotel is perfect for a family trip. If you are planning a visit to Troy, I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is beautiful. Perfectly located - our room overlooked the Dardanelles Strait. The lobby is spacious and staff super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and clean. Beds comfortable. For a large hotel, surprisingly quiet. Great stay

Otelin temizliği ve konforu güzel ancak havalandırma bir türlü istediğimiz gibi çalışmadı. Oda belli bir sıcaklıkta sabitleniyor soğutmaya izin vermiyor. Onun dışında güzel, kahvaltı çeşitliliği önceki kalışımıza göre daha iyiydi.

Overall great hotel. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and ocean view was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food options were okay. Didn't get the chance to try Turkish bath there since it was fully booked during our stay.

Lively hotel with beautiful water views. A bit difficult difficult to walk to other places to eat as the hotel is not in the heart of Canakkale, However, perfect if you have a car

We just got home from our trip to Kolin Hotel & Spa. I’ll preface my review saying all-in-all it wasn’t a bad stay. However I have some grievances for a supposed 5 star hotel. Although our room was a newer bosphorus suite we were quite uncomfortable our entire stay. The sofa, chairs, and even bed aren’t anything near the quality you’d expect from a 5 star resort. That’s when it occurred to us, Kolin hotel owners probably designated it 5 stars themselves. Upon entering our room we were hit with an insanely hot room. The thermostats were reading 28.5 degrees in one room and close to 29 in the main sleeping room. I instantly went to turn on the so called AC. I waited about 5-10 minutes and noticed it was now about 30 degrees in the room. I kept turning on the AC and turning it back on lowering the temperature and upping the fan speed. Only to climb up on a chair to feel the air ducts blowing out warm air. At this point I had to turn off the AC and open the windows and smell the nasty cigarette smoke. I phoned the reception two times and asked if we could get a tower fan or have someone check the AC. We kept getting the run around that they had to check with a manager to check the AC. In any case, nothing was done and we were pretty hot the whole stay. Breakfast was also just basic and ok, nothing special. I likely wouldn’t stay here again and would probably stay at the Hilton up the street next time.

Yenilenmiş odalar oldukça rahat ve konforlu. Aile odasında kaldık, tek sorun banyo/wc nin tek olması. Yenilenme planı yapılırken bu odalarda en azından iki WC olabilirdi. Personeller oldukça ilgili ve kibarlar, alakart restoranlarda yemekler lezzetli ve fiyatlar makul, dışarıya çıkmanıza gerek yok. Kahvaltı servisi ortalama, beklentiniz yüksek değilse karşılayacaktır. Odalara kıyasla ortak kullanım alanları, özellikle SPA alanı biraz eski, bu alanlarda da restorasyon umarım yakın zamanda yapılır. Tekrar gitmeyi düşüneceğimiz bir yer.

It was a great experience to stay in the Kolin hotel. This hotel was five-star, and looked like I was in heaven. The hotel was always full of tourists and buses loading and unloading guests. Still, the personnel of Kolin Hotel acts professionally, with patience, and fast responses to guest needs and questions. I should mention Mahir‘s name, who was helpful even in the early morning, trying to help guests have breakfast before checking out.

The ala carte restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was excellent. The sauna and steam room were clean and functional.

Beautiful hotel. It is right by the water and has a nice big pool and a small beach area. The food is great. The rooms are very spacious and very clean.
