Sirin Park Hotel

One of the worst stays. Everything was old. Sink was rusted. Towels were old. Shampoo was used; they did not put a new one after previous guest had checked out. Furniture were old.

We reserve first a family room for two nights, when we feel comfort and everything is excellent we extend our stay for 5 more nights in this hotel. So I recommend you to reserve Şirin Park Hotel.

Nice hotel, helpful staff

An excellent hotel, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Strange breakfast though including chicken nuggets, chips, potato croquet's and broccoli.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff from the front desk to the restaurant.

Everything was perfect, the room, staff, breakfast...

I was so looking forward to a nice relaxed hotel break, however that did not happen. The fact that a hotel has air conditioning is an important factor for me, I like to sleep in a cool room and have control of the temperature, I am from a very cold European country and I work in Istanbul which is much cooler than Adana. This hotel controls the air conditioning and this should be made clear at the time of booking. Even though it was 22 degrees outside and 26 in my room, I was told that I could only have warm air as the hotel was on the winter temperature schedule. I was offered a room change on a lower floor, but I refused. I was also advised to open a window, but then I would have been hot and deafened by the traffic. I had two very stressful evenings, wasted hours of my time arguing with reception regarding my room being too hot. One guy in particular was very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. The manager did not even speak to me! I felt it was because I was a woman. I left a whole day early as I was so uncomfortable in the room and with the atmosphere. It may promote itself as a four star hotel, it certainly does not have a four star air conditioning system or customer service skills.There are plenty other hotels close by. If you are European (like to be cool) and female traveling solo, don't stay here.

Çok temiz bir otel. Oda iç dizaynı 5 yıldızlı meşhur otellerden farksız. Tuvaleti, banyosu, nevresimleri tertemiz hakikaten. Kahvaltısı orta düzey, ideal. Fiyatı kalitesine göre uygun. Çalışanlar nazik

Merkezi temiz odalar güzel

Resepsiyon görevlilerinden tutunda bütün ekibe kadar herkes son derece sıcakkanlı , cana yakın ve her konuda ilgili insanlar. Oda da hiçbir eksiğimiz yoktu ve oda çok temizdi , bir ihtiyacımız olması halinde anında karşılandı. Gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyim oldu her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Bir sonra ki Adana seyahatimde yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle…

Otel temiz oda geniş ve kullanışlı. Personel kibar ve ilgili. Ancak kahvaltı çeşitliği ve kalitesi biraz daha geliştirilmeli. Özellikle peynir ve zeytinler böyle bir otel seviyesi için vasat kalıyor.

Jakuzi giderinden aşırı fazla oda içerisine koku geliyordu bu durumdan çok fazla rahatsız olduk.Resepsiyona bu konu hakkında çıkışta bilgi verdik.

Das Hotel weshalb wir ausgewählt haben hatte eine praktische Lage und zu Fuß gut überall erreichbar. Es ist sauber und ok. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Mich hat es gestört das die Mitarbeiter gering Kommunikation zu den Kunden haben und viel am Handy rumhängen

Şehrin merkezinde oldukça iyi bir oteldi. Otopark sorunu yaşanmadı.
