Temizlik açısından gerçekten kötüydü, eskiydi, halılar çok pisti ve tüm otelde pisti.. Ayrıca restoranda yemek yemek İstediğimizde restoranın tümü ile başkalarına hizmet vereceğini söyleyip bizi içeri almadılar.. Çok saçma bir uygulamaydı bu derecede ünlü ve tanınmış bir marka olan otel için..

Hotel states to be a 5-star hotel, but felt more like a 3-star. We booked a suite, which was spacious and nice. But several incidences made the experience here feel less welcomibg: When we booked it said breakfast was included, but when we arrived we had to pay extra for it. When we wanted to visit the pool we had to buy mandatory swimming caps. And when we checked out we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to see if we spoke the truth about not having taken anything from the minibar («minibar control»). Have never experienced this in any hotel, ever.

Otel konum itibarıyla çok merkezi noktada. Ulaşım sorunsuz. Oda genel olarak konforlu ancak klima çalışırken etrafından su akıtıyordu. Bu nedenle uzun uzun çalıştıramadık. Sorunu ilettiğimizde çözüm odaklı yaklaşıldı. Olumsuz bir deneyim değildi diyebilirim. Yapıcı yaklaşımı için Müjgan hanıma ayrıca teşekkürler.

Mein Aufenthalt war leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber – die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, überall lag Staub, und auch die Toilette war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Obwohl ich ein Schild vor die Tür gelegt hatte, wurde das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Positiv war allerdings das Frühstück: Es war sehr lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl und frischen Speisen. Schade, dass die Zimmerhygiene nicht auf demselben Niveau war.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist generell gut,wäre aber an verschiedenen Stellen erneuerungsbedürftig:In unserem Zimmer lag zum Beispiel fleckiger Teppich und das Schwimmbad ist auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Allgemein gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal,aber nicht auf einem 5 Sterne Niveau.
