I found it so difficult to check in at the hotel reception. The receptionist kept saying she could not find my reservation yet she could not spell it and she did not ask. Then i had staff open my room without knowing and was really scary they do not show you what is in the room to guide you or how to use something.

Helt greit hotell til den prisen. Hyggelig personale, men utrolig treg service. Beregn minst en time fra du kommer til du får maten i restauranten - det er uavhengig av antall gjester. Dårlig kvalitet på maten, det du får servert stemmer ofte ikke med beskrivelsen av rettene i menyen. Fint bassengområde, men det er ofte fullt i bassenget, som brukes mye av lokale. I tillegg spilles det høy musikk hele tiden, så dette er ikke stedet for avslapning.
