Lovely hotel! Very quiet and clean! Bathroom was very nice! Loved the restaurant in the hotel. Very polite and attentive staff! We will stay here again!

The staff was very nice, but there is a huge vaping problem going on here. It's coming through the air conditioner and air vents. The first two rooms I walked into, I was punched in the face by the smell. The third was a little better, but it was clear, every room was plagued by it. I have asthma and a serious allergy to the stuff. It makes my ears pop painfully, and it's so frustrating to book at a smoke free hotel just to find that there is such a heavy amount of vape going on that it destroys the stay.

Highlights were service and breakfast.. It's now a little farther away from the new airport compared to the old one, so not as convenient as it used to be..
There are newer hotels on Yas Island which are about the same distance.
However it's still very good.

I was not greeted properly and the staff were not approachable at all. The breakfast was cold and poor quality. The hotel is located near the old airport which was quite far from the new airport.

Excellent staff and facilities
The only problem is , not enough info on where to get the shuttle bus at the airport. We were lucky to find as someone knew where and it was waiting to go.
I had contacted expedia and premier several times prior to arrival and no response.
