I visited three years ago, and I must say, the recent renovations are quite impressive and really inviting. However, I noticed that the pool bar area seems to be a bit short-staffed. With just one person handling drink preparation, taking orders, and delivering food poolside, it can be challenging to provide timely service. David is very friendly and does his best to accommodate everyone, but having a little extra support would greatly enhance the experience.
Additionally, I observed that the lobby bar is currently closed, which is a missed opportunity. It would be beneficial to have service in the lobby for those looking for nightcaps. However, I appreciate the option to head over to the connecting property for drinks. Overall, the food and drinks remain excellent and continue to impress.

We are upgraded to the suite which was awesome the staff was very helpful the property is nice with a good swimming pool and poolside bar and workout facility if you're looking for value and quality you will be happy with this property

- Bathroom door does not lock , does not even close properly. Very inconvenient with toddlers. Never had any bathroom door without locks in my any hotels
- Lot of road noise
- Breakfast is not bad
- Has shuttle stop

It’s a lovely property. The staff are excellent. Very clean. The pool area very nice, and the grill there very good. The pool is salt water. One complaint - I’d reserved a King size room but the moved us to a double Queen room, I’m thinking because they get more money from direct reservations rather than through Expedia. Due to this, they did knock off the cost one night’s stay when we checked out, which we appreciated. Nice place to relax overall.

We booked a garden view and the hotel told us, everything except the pool view is a garden view. So don’t let you fool yourself, but it was a street view on a very busy street! The breakfast options were very limited!

The hotel was clean. It's shared with 2 other hotels. Have use of the pools & bars in all 3 hotels.
No guest laundry in this hotel. Can use the laundry in furthest hotel(Hilton)

The pool had a large number of young unsupervised children running around. One boy kept diving and I yelled at him and said the sign says no diving he kept on doing it. I feel like they need an occasional superviser looking over the pool. I wondering if locals dropped their kids off. Anyone can walk in the side gate and no one would check to see if they were guests.

They did not have my room when I checked in at 4:30pm. They gave me an other room without a desk.
The shower had pink and black mold.
They never emptied the trash can in the room.
The television is limited in local news.
Getting on to the main road can be difficult during traffic periods.
Good places to eat are at least 0.5 miles away. You can walk to some. But call them first to make sure they actually serve the product the hotel customer service indicated.
They have open wi-fi. Be very careful. Use a VPN if you don't want to be hacked.
Breakfast starts at 8am.
Limited bar accommodations.
Limited parking in the front of the hotel. Parking is available in the side lot (sand/gravel) or the back parking lot (50-70 yards from hotel entrance.
If you don't like roosters crowing at 2am, you may not want to stay in Key West.

This hotel was beautifully refurbished and the amenities were amazing, 4 different pools to choose from, 8 different restaurant options, 5 minutes from the airport. Immaculately clean and wonderful staff.

Property was clean & neat around the pool. Our room was wonderful. Comfortable beds & modern bathroom. I really liked the Keurig & coffee in our room. The welcome gift was a nice touch :) Great to have a shuttle to get us close to Duvall Street. Would definitely stay there again.

This is basically a motel that has been renovated to look high end in pictures. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this resort is on a busy road and the rooms are small with no windows except the one that looks out onto the hallway. Way overpriced for what you get. Spend the extra money and stay at a real resort.
