Easy driving access to Annapolis waterfront at less cost

Our room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were in the process of renovating the building. No one mentioned that at booking. They stated there would not be construction on weekends. We awoke at 9am to banging and power tools that was directly next door!

The room had recently been renovated. It was very nice. The common areas were still being renovated.

Nice room but construction everywhere

Going through renovations, but the room itself was exactly what I wanted. The room had a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and full refrigerator/freezer. Had a big flat screen TV, bed, and couch/table area to just chill. Had everything I wanted in a hotel room. It’s great if you wanted to temporarily live there until you got an apartment. Free WiFi and also breakfast.

Paid for 3 adults to stay. Two towels in the room. Asked for dishes, was given two sets. Extremely noisy because of construction. No ice buckets. Staff sitting in lobby watching TV every chance they got. Had great stays here before, but this time was not as nice. I would have cleaned up better, but was not provided dish soap or kitchen towels (provided on previous visits). Disappointed in this trip.

Do not stay here if you have kids. The rooms were very dirty I had to clean them myself when I got there, I was supposed to be compensated but I never was. The place is under construction it is noisy and a hazard on top of that. My toddler stepped on a nails and made him bleed. They did work on my room while I wasn’t there and left nails and screws all over my toddlers toys. There is construction material all over the place it’s very unsafe. No free breakfast like advertised. The laundry room was very dirty. The staff was very nice that is the only plus but the manager talked to them like dogs. Do not recommend this place to anyone for the money I paid.

Nice

The property was under construction which I didn't know. The rooms were small and the lighting in the rooms was very poor, no light above the mirror in the bathroom and the bed only had one light on one side of the bed. The bed size was small it only had one double bed which I expected 2-according to the picture and pull out couch. We will never go back.

Even though they were remodeling, our stay was fun and relaxing! Thank you!

Great stay at affordable price

Under remodel. Disheveled but not gross.

I knew before I booked this hotel that it is undergoing renovations, but I should have paid more attention to the reviews. On a good note, the front desk staff were very nice trying to accommodate my request for a room close to the elevator since my traveling companion had a walker. Due to renovations, the number of rooms was limited and we still had to walk a bit down the hall from the elevator. We were given a room with a full kitchen that has been renovated but it came only with towels, 2 bars of soap, and a partial tissue box. To be fair, when I checked in, they did tell me that the kitchen was not equipped and to ask for what I needed. I had to ask for a remote for the TV, bedding for the sofa bed, tissues, utensils, and plates. They did not have any paper towels. I was not impressed with the newly renovated room for the following reasons: - there were no chairs in the kitchen/dining area - the sofa bed was strictly a sofa where one person could sleep (I was expecting a pull-out couch) - the lighting was terrible – all rooms had few lights and were very dark - the bath towels were small - there was no TV in the living room (just in the bedroom) Also, the luggage cart was very difficult to maneuver, and the free breakfast was just granola bars and coffee (there were muffins but only one was left). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. Perhaps this will be a nice place when the renovations are done, but I do not recommend it now.

The property is under construction and we were not told ahead of time. The smoke detectors were covered with tape. There was not a coffee maker, coffee cups, coffee, clock or phone in the room. There was a vent in the bathroom but no way to turn it on. When we asked about a coffee maker the clerk provided one but said we had to provide our own coffee. The "breakfast" was coffee (with ground floating in it) and a small tray of mini muffins. Not the continental breakfast advertised.

My stay was a great experience.

The location was useful and convenient. This renovating hotel is in poor shape. And, unfortunately, areas that have been completed aren't improvements. Our 2nd room's bathroom (which appeared renovated) had one ceiling light to seeve both the shower & mirror. This backlight caused my face to be in a shadow. Maybe this will be corrected with further renovations. The room was not filthy but not clean either.

For a hotel under renovations, the staff were very accommodating. They allowed me to inspect the room they wanted to assign us and allowed us to change rooms since it was too close to the ongoing renovations.

They had no business charging me $300 for a room in a hotel under current construction. Rooms not complete and hallways covered in construction dust. It was horrible! The limited staff tried to help. Angry to be charged so much for so little

The room smelled of smoke. The ac didn't work. The place was under renovation and it was clear my room hadn't undergone any renovation. The people, however, were extremely nice and helpful.

The staff is very friendly.
