Very convenient to airport with transfer. The pool area is very nice but noisy with traffic from highway. Entertainment was a nice surprise in dining room. Food was good.

The room was infested with small roaches, I had some go into my luggage and was embarrassed at the Airport during check in, I actually have a video of the roaches crawling on the bed.

The room smelled strongly of mold. The beds were a size smaller than they said they were (the king was actually a queen, the queen was actually a double); it was aweful! When we told the front desk our reservation didn't cover the last night of our stay, she said, "oh, that's a shame"... didn't offer us another night or anything! This property is NOTHING like the description; it's like a cheap motel, not an airport Hotel! The walls are paper thin, so the baby in the family on one side screamed every hour from 2am to 7am! The room on the other side had music going loudly all day the last 2 days we were there. The room was tiny, TINY! There was barely space to close the bathroom door because it's so small it almost hits the toilet.

I found a cockroach on my nightstand. The hotel was too old and the hallways looked scary and unsafe to me. For one night 325 dollars for such a poor condition hotel.
I stayed in Hawaii for two weeks and this hotel was my last day and worst day.

Very rundown. Went to room and there was an inch of water on the floor. Went back to desk and the girl was annoyed. Gave me a room that wasn’t what I paid for, no apologies, no refunds, nothing. Terrible, needs updates in the worst way.
