Absolutely wonderful. From check in to even check out, it was effortless and easy. The rooms were very clean. Staff were wonderful. The best part is the beach is within walking distance along with a mall connected to the hotel! Very convenient!

Check-in was very quick and smooth. This hotel only offers double beds-even if you ask for a king it’s not usually available, which is difficult for a 6’4”” member of our party. We’ve stayed here before and the bathrooms are starting to look a little worn. But the cleaning service was excellent-our room looked pristine all 5 days we were there. I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby with great seating areas. It is walking distance to a wonderful beach and park and attached to the mall. I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but close enough to access it if wanted.

Liked that hotel is near large shopping center, lots of dining options and the beach. Location excellent: not too close to Waikiki and crowded tourist areas.
Property is large, somewhat confusing as there are 2 towers - so different elevators. Room with 1 queen size bed was small - only allowing for one person to pass in front of tv and access dresser. No hotel brochures or info in regards to use of tv remote!

I could smell smoke from the smoking area in room 2215. I was on the 22 nd floor enjoying the breeze and I could smell it right in my room.

Welcoming and helpful staff, even the parking lot attendants! Room was comfortable, and daily housekeeping service was excellent. Location near Ala Moana Beach Park and shopping center were pluses. Nice views from my room on a high floor.

Service was amazing. I asked front desk if I could have a late check out for 1:00 they did not have that available but instead offered 12:00. I am happy they tried to work something out.
