Our stay was good. Cons: small rooms, small bathrooms and need an update in decor. The pool area was nice but no shade, no real atmosphere. The depth of pool was 9ft, which is not good for non swimming people. No room service and no cutlery/ plates, even though there was a microwave. Pros: Staff were all very, very helpful. Laundry facilities. The Pint and Jigger pub was great and had atmosphere. Location good for Ala Moana Centre. Starbucks on site as well as the fine dining restaurant- the Signature, which was absolutely wonderful. If you want to splash out for a lovely dinner, this is your place. Breakfast available but not many healthy alternatives.

An older property. Not close enough to walk to restaurants etc. Kona Tower has not been renovated. Staff are delightful!

This hotel is excellent for access to the Ala Moana mall, and park.

This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Hawaii. Staff are friendly and very helpful, hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool is nicely set up, and rooms are clean and spacious.

The bathrooms need upgrading and the linen racks were dusty.

The employees were absolutely the sweetest and so helpful. The vibe in the hotel was just so full of aloha. The restaurants were over the top, we loved the breakfast buffet, which was reasonable for us. We loved having Starbucks starting at 5:30 am in the lobby! Rooms were just perfect for us. The location connected to the mall was over the top convenient. I think we had to go to Target everyday. This was most easiest trip with this great location away from being in the center of Waikiki

Everything was wonderful except the fees for parking, but that’s to be expected for a very central location.

Wonderful end to our vacation staying here! It is beautiful and close to everything!

What I didn’t find great was the room: The bed was not comfortable, the sheets are not soft and cozy, the bathroom needs minor repairs to improve the appearance. I like that the room has plenty of drawers and cabinets for organization and the closet was spacious. They have water fountains and ice machine on every floor.

Good location, decent parking. Beds were small to share, microwave and coffee maker didn’t work. Vending machine sodas came out warm. Claims room service but you do have to go downstairs to get it. Friendly staff and pretty view.

The fitness center really needs to be uodated

It was a good place because it has everything around but after a long day all you want is going to sleep or relax at the pool but they close it at 7:00pm so you have to take that into consideration…In other hotels/resort that I had been to it always closes around midnight or 10pm
