Great staff, although check in lines and times were long. But staff was gracious, helpful and very patient. Highly commendable. Rooms were clean and beautiful. I was there for a convention and everything was great.

Check in took longer than expected. Our line was wrapping around furniture towards lobby bathrooms. They do not have any self check-ins, or early check-in policy. The parking is $39/day even to guest who are staying at the hotel. Room: Although our room was reserved for 4 people. There was only 1 towel. We called housekeeping for 4 towels. She brought us up 2 towels and a blanket.👀 It was really dusty that my childs allergies started to irritate him. We stayed 1 night and left to another hotel. It was worth the price. Rooms were small. Do see myself going back. Looks like lobby upgraded, but not rooms. They'll also start charging another $30/day Room/amenities fee.

Great location outside of Waikīkī. Short walk to Ala Moana (shopping center and beach)

Hotel has a lot to offer...restaurants, pool, gym, close to beach. Room furniture and fixtures needs updating. Bathroom toilet is so low to floor, more suited for children versus seniors. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

Clean and comfortable.

The staff was professional and accommodating. We had relatives who checked in a few hours before us and they received water bottles and dinning discounts. We checked in late and received nothing other than regular check in procedure. The lobby is very nice and the restaurant onsite had an outstanding breakfast! Although the rooms seem dated, it was very clean.

Very friendly, easy assess to mall, nice eateries near by.

Next to the shopping center where there are entertainment, places to eat and shopping

My favorite hotel in Honolulu, mainly for the convenience of it. Connected to the shopping center with tons of dining options, clothing/groceries, Ala Moana Park across the street, Starbucks on the 1st floor, etc.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay at the Ala Moana Hotel on my next vacation.
