Did not like no available parking when I’ve return back to the hotel. Had to park outside of structure and remove my car by 7am

I like the location, near to everything, food options, the mall is right in walking distance. The rooms are comfortable. I really like that there is a microwave in the room. Majority of hotels don't have this amenity at all and it helps not waste food. Overall staff is ;friendly though 1 or 2 needs a little brushing up on it.
Overall I give the hotel a 5 star and definitely return

This is a very organized and clean hotel to stay in. We loved all the options for eating and drinking on the property. Connected to a large mall to puck ip what ever we forgot to bring! Highly recommend staying here!

Room was very clean and had what we needed. Enjoyed the balcony and view. Hotel has lots to offer sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We’ve been here before and plan to return in the future.

Hotel was divided. The new part was great. Unfortunately, we were in the other part. Small rooms, no room service and the shower was ineffectual at best. Very dated. Reception area and restaurants were nice though.

My room was a good size just for me. One issue I couldn’t get over was the smell of the bathroom - it smelled like a wet, squeaky towel. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from but I was thankful that I only had to stay for 1 day, otherwise I would’ve made a complaint. Also, I wish the bed was just a touch firmer, it was difficult to just sit on the bed without feeling like I was going to slide off. Overall my stay was ok. I’d say the best part of this hotel is the location as it’s just a walkway/parking lot distance to the Ala Moana Center.

Room was comfortable, adjustable room temperature, beds and pillows . Room refrigerator came in handy for brought in foods and drinks. Balcony was very relaxing and had a nice view of the water and surrounding area.
