We were given excellent customer service, from all of the employees their,you feel the Aloha in everyone The only thing that we can complain about was,their is a need for more pillows in the hotel room one each is not enough, they were very flat.Other then that we would highly likely this hotel. Only complaint is the restaurant didn’t give us a choice between the menu or the buffet. And the elevators were slow. Otherwise it was great.

Very clean, great staff! Great locatio! 5 min walk to Mall, and great restaurants in Hotel. Had an amazing restaurant called Pint n Jigger if you like whiskey and bourbon!
