Under construction otherwise quiet and clean

I booked a weeks stay at this hotel and the hotel had a problem with the hotel key into the room. None of them were working, so staff had the only key. That was unacceptable. So I asked for a refund which was not given. This hotel was under construction I went to stay in another hotel with no refund.

The lady at the front desk was welcoming, the room was clean and I love the fully equip kitchen.

My stay was very quiet and relaxing. It was excellent.

This where we stay when we go to Tallahassee because its right around the corner from the family we go to see. It was a little dirtier than normal but staff is always nice. They are putting in a little restaurant so hopefully that will be there next time we visit.

The website advertised a swimming pool. There was no swimming pool. Offer a full breakfast. There was no full breakfast. The cleaning crew left a 1/2 drink bottle of Coke in the frigerator. And there was a foul smell in the room. When we checked in, we had to buy our own air freshened.

Hundreds of BED BUGS Infestation!!! In addition, The lady Violet at front desk extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant! Received over 100 bed bug bites that got infected. Woke up at 2:30am with them crawling all over and biting me! In addition, Customer Service Rep “VIOLET” doesn’t know the rules and regulations hotel telling me they don’t allow dogs 🐕 when they do! Hotel description clearly states they accept dogs, also there’s a Large pet sign for pet pooping station, AND there were several other dogs there! She was more concerned about my service pets that I have identification for than she was about the bed bug infestation that had been bitting me in the middle of the night! In 2025 bed bugs in Hotels is Disgraceful and should NEVER HAPPEN! I was inconvenienced in a major way due to this incident. I would give this have less than Zero stars if I could!!! DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL!!!!!

this by far has been the best hotel i’ve stayed in recently! very clean, very elegant and the staff were such a delight! me and my boyfriend will definitely be coming back!

Very dirty and smelled badly.

Banging on walls from 8:30PM-midnight. Contractor said it was an “energency” but stopped as soon as I complained. Walls were physically shaking. No refund or compensation.

Everything was nice and clean. I was just able to smell the smoke for the next room and i had a non smoking room but other than that. Everything was fine.

The bed was very clean and comfortable. Friendly service, good breakfast options. A very good stay.

I would stay here again!

Great spot

Property was under construction and the carpets in the hallway were filthy. The room had a nice kitchenette, but there were no cabinet doors and literally one pot and zero dishes. Couldn’t have used the kitchen if we wanted to. There was a small coffee maker and no cups of any kind. Bathroom was not very clean at all. Breakfast was underwhelming Wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than the single night we did.

Very kind, welcoming front desk staff. This is a quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. Reasonably priced.
