awful- the beds are the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on, the room was not cleaned well, towels old. I don’t think this is even a 3 star property. i would never stay here again

Wonderful overnight stay

I purchased breakfasts… and no breakfast .. water and room was cold

The property was modern and there were plenty of things to do inside of the facility. Breakfast was offered when I booked for $26 extra which I declined, upon check in I mentioned the breakfast and was told each breakfast item was a la carte which confused me so I declined again. IHOP was across the road. Upon walking into our room for the first time there was a pretty crystal clear indication that someone laid down on the bed after it was made. We didn’t make a fuss we just asked for extra pillow cases since the sight of an indentation of someones head on the pillow was something we couldn’t ignore. Garbage cans still had remaining items from previous travelers (luggage tags) still no biggie but should be a privacy measure taken by the hotel to empty those. There was also a chicken bone right in front of our floor’s elevator that remained there for our entire stay, it was even accompanied by a patch of crushed crumbs on our way down to check out. A nice touch. While all small issues they say a lot. Cleanliness is not up to par, and QC may be non existent. Still enjoyed our stay overall despite the untidiness.

Loved the retro decor, clean and quiet

Nice and close to shopping and the highway. I grew up 5min away, so it was a quick trip "home"

I enjoyed the hotel for the most part. Nice location, friendly service. However the morning shower never got past lukewarm and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast needs more variety and ordering process. We waited for our order for about 10minutes but the front desk forgot to give the order to the cook.

There was a knocking mechanical noise in the hallway consistently thru the night that kept us up the entire night. poor experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is good - short drive or long walk to a mall area with stores and restaurants. The property did have a small gym. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable - some of the most comfortable I've experienced even in high end hotels. We paid $10 for a breakfast voucher. Breakfast offerings are some breakfast sandwiches, a cup of oatmeal, coffee, cold beverages etc. There was ample space in the lobby for small groups to gather. The only negative is that there are doors on both sides of the lobby, so when they opened it was quite chilly in the lobby area. Our room has a landscape light on a bollard that was window height, so it made it difficult to block out the light at night (even with the shade). It most likely would not effect other rooms though. The negative about Aloft properties is the large barn door/sliding door on the bathrooms. Even a minor misalignment cause a decent size gap that can't be closed - which means the door does not offer much privacy when it comes to noise / visibility in the bathroom. It's been that way at every Aloft property I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend this property based on the fantastic staff and the comfy beds.

The pool was ice cold. The staff wasn’t friendly and I still have a hold on my card for incidentals and it’s been 3 days since we checked out.

Everyone at the front desk was wonderful during our stay - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the common area was clean and always had water with lemons available. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've had! The only negative (and it is brand-wide as we've stayed at Aloft properties in other cities) is the large sliding bathroom door. If there is any misalignment at all it causes a gap in the door and the way it is laid out does not provide much sound barrier/privacy with the gap in the bathroom door. Makes it difficult if someone is trying to sleep while someone else is showering, etc. I would request a room on an upper floor next time because the landscape/walkway lighting was shining in our room window all night (couldn't block it all the way out with the shade). Hotel is near restaurants and stores (very short drive or long walk). Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend.
