It is a fine place for a night or two. Personally, I was happy that the hotel provided access to our Netflix account so we could relax continuing to watch the series we were watching at home. That was a nice touch, as was the complimentary fruit always available.

We travel to Syracuse a few times a year to see family. Wish we had tried Aloft earlier. It’s very close to the family. Love the open bar and food area. The gym is great and having a pool is awesome. Limited restaurants in walking distance. But Cafe Blue is great for breakfast.

Conveniently located next to inner harbor a beautiful place to walk along side if wanting fresh air. Staff very accommodating . Only complaint is shower head was not moveable for height. Amazing stay overall

This is not the place to go if you are looking for a romantic get away. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything that goes on in the hallway and in the rooms next to you. Maybe the front desk person should try to put families with kids on the same floor.

The shower went from too cold to melt your flesh off and the shower head wouldn't stay upright. The water tasted like pond water. The heater was very loud. The windows leaked cold air into the room. There were loud drunk people roaming the halls until very late.

Good stay with my Golden Retriever and friend. Room was modern and spacious. AC/ heating unit a bit noisy while trying to sleep. Overall would recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable beds. Modern design and clean. Service was friendly and accommodating. You spin a wheel at the front desk to win free stuff. I won $10 voucher for the market so I got three food and drink items for free! 😃 Convenient location so it’s a 5-10 minute drive to downtown or to campus.
