This was a great place!

Stayed for our anniversary and it was a great location. A lot of restaurants in the area. Very clean, trendy, we had a great stay!

Def classy but room smaller than expected and reception staff are depressed

Loved everything about the Hotel, especially The Chalkboard and the 7th floor bar. Friendly, impeccable service!

I am very unhappy with how my reservation rescheduling was handled. By mistake I selected the last weekend of august instead of when i ended up staying there. When I tried to reschedule, the modification fee was as much as making a brand new reservation. I made a new reservation and DID NOT WANT the original date cancelled. But my wife just messaged me that the reservation for the last week of august is cancelled

Hotel is very clean, modern and well decorated. Pool is small but very nice. Great location perfectly situated in mid-town. Room was exceptional and bed was very comfortable.

The front desk girl was so sweet and helpful!

The O bar upstairs can get really busy, but it’s definitely worth a stop for a good view of the city. The pool is not family friendly. It’s basically just for adults to hang out and water and drink. It is very small but welcoming on a hot Oklahoma day. The chalkboard restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The food was delicious and the pricing is amazing.

The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, sociable, and informative. The room was nice and clean, nothing special, but kind of loud. I could hear doors shutting in the hallway, the bathroom above me, and the tv next door. It wasn't too bad, just startled me several times. My biggest issues, though, were the added fees. It advertized free wifi- wifi is $10/day. There was no parking near by, so you pretty much had to use the valet, which was an automatic $50. I was also disappointed that the room I booked showed it had a tub, but it didn't. I was really looking forward to that soak! But the staff was amazing, room service was fast, and the steak was phenomenal! The room itself was nice and comfortable.

Excellent! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s was quiet and the room was nice. Loved the bar at the top of the hotel. The only constructive criticism would be the employees at the front desk when we checked in around 4-4:30 that day. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and when we asked directions on how to get to the Amphitheater Zoo for a concert the gal said she wasn’t sure. Definitely didn’t seem interested in assisting.

My Husband and I stayed at the Ambassador on a short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had drinks in the bar. It was wonderful. Then we had dinner at The Chalkboard restaurant. The beef wellington was delicious! The service was excellent. Our room was lovely. The hotel sent us a small bottle of champagne for 2, in honor of our anniversary. The Ambassador is definitely our new favorite place in Oklahoma City.

What a great time my wife and I had at the Ambassador. It was a quick weekend get-away and the hotel was perfect, clean, quiet and the staff were super helpful! Highly recommend!
