When we came our room wasn’t clean we check in at 2 pm and it was suppose to be clean but it wasn’t the room was clean at 3 pm going on 4 pm . The housekeeper was very rude . It’s a nice clean hotel just need better staff .

My family and I didn’t even stay at this hotel. It looked very sketchy and I save to bring my two little babies there . It was a lot of activity. So when I talked to the manager, they refused to give me a redone ! When I didn’t even STAY in / at the hotel !!!!

When I checked in, I was assigned room 231. I asked about a room downstairs because it is difficult for me to climb stairs. I mentioned that when I stayed here previously, I was in room 109 at which time he double-checked and assigned me room 109 They are updating the rooms and they are very nice..

Staff was helpful, they are going thru some renovations. New rooms look good. My Expedia reservation was "lost" so I ended up paying a premium for my stay. Not cool.

The room was not ready. The bed did not have any sheets on it. I was not allowed in the lobby. There was no free breakfast as advertised. There was mold in the room Never again!!!

Room was disgusting. The place has mold and you can smell it as soon as you open the room door. Family members started getting sick so we left and found another hotel. They also charge per person. Maybe this is standard for them but ive never encountered this.

The price I paid plus 15.00 after I was there. They charged for my cat . They not clean and room had to be sprayed, well you better have shoes on the carpet stunk and was very sticky tv didn’t work. The 15.00 was just to get the extra money that Expedia didn’t charge. My cats litter box was cleaner then the nasty room.!!! It was a rip off and I will never stay there again
