Well maintained, clean motel. Room was roomy with an oversuffed recliner. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was continental and the coffee was good.

Honestly, the room was not bad, but it felt very beat up even if there wasn’t a lot of noticeable problems. The TV itself didn’t work when I tried to turn it on. I didn’t have any problems in the shower. They only had small packets of a conditioner and shampoo combo I was just the one little packet Outside of the bed was actually pretty comfortable. There was a really cool feature of a reclining chair in the room, which I actually liked that piece and there was just a small little table for me to eat my food at which was great too.

Broken easy chair, toilet not flushing, fixed the chain, alot of mold on tank cover, wrong sink stopper, had to pry out. Some things are new so I can't tell if this place is on its way up or down. Won't stay again.

I booked a non-smoking room, and was put in a smoking room. My father has asthma, and was up all night with fits. The room itself was DISGUSTING. We had been diving all day, and just needed a place to sleep. I googled reviews, and they seemed pretty good. I was extremely unsatisfied.

The room was OK but not for a wheelchair. Furniture in the way for movement, Shower 6' tall and unreachable; switches not accessible to wheelchair; Door inconvenient; Lobby door not accessible. Cars parked in front of ramps to sidewalk; Handicapped parking did not have access to sidewalks; Breakfast very miniminal Gluten free not! beverage OJ. Nothing my husband could eat. Room next door noisy--walls thin. walk in Shower good but not able to use because of the neight. Toilet good with grab bars. Door swing in the way of the wheelchair. Bed comfortable and linens great. Window clouded over with AC on. From the wheelchair you couldn't open door, change heat/cooling; turn on lights, open refrigerator, but size was great

Arrived in garden city about 11 pm from Arizona. We were greeted warmly by the gentleman working the night shift (I think maybe the owner?). He was very friendly and welcoming.
Had a loooong drive and just wanted to sleep. The property was very quiet and peaceful.
The room was fine- needed a place to sleep and it did the job! It could use a deep cleaning but honestly- it’s no different than any other hotel out there unless it’s a high end resort, I am not expecting deep cleaned rooms. That’s just the way it is and everything was fine.
I like being able to park right outside my door.
I asked for no turn down service until check out and they respected that.
My daughter is disabled and the room was easily accessible.
Breakfast was a pleasant experience. The ladies in the front are sooooo nice and helpful. The coffee was fresh and good. The food was fresh and able to get something in our bellies.
All in all- will stay here again the next visit to Kansas. Affordable and did its job.

The place was okay to stay for an overnight stay on a budget. The place is a bit worn out and could be little bit clean, but I didn’t have an issue with the room.
