Americas Best Value Inn Lynnwood Seattle

Wasn’t sure what to expect when we pulled up but were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were super clean and comfortable, can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The wifi was mostly non existent. The shower curtains smelled like urine and mold.

Enjoyed the stay. Love the affordability. Will definitely stay there again! The staff was awesome!

Check-in was fabulous, Choi was wonderful and we were able to check in a bit early. Price was great, plenty of parking and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby /great location! My only complaints were the people above us were so loud and we were woken up several times throughout the night. Lastly, the room had an odd smell (kind of like wet dog), yet the room was still clean.

You can tell, the owner has tried to keep up with this hotel-- which is a plus. I don't think it was near the price I paid by 1/3rd. What needs help urgently, the windows and the Air conditioning, generally needs help, updating the floors and furniture. The space in the rooms is perfect and the beds were comforable! We got a room with a jet tub that was a 10/10- my biggest concern for the hotel is that the tub had 5-6 (downstairs) hairs at minimum and they were all along the toilet as well. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Aside from the needs- the front desk was VERY kind and we checked in at midnight. Great parking and it appeared very safe. Again, it looks like they have put some work into this hotel-- so it doesn't feel run down just needs some more things to make it worth what we paid to stay. All around a 3/5 hotel but for the area, I think we did okay.

This is my go-to hotel for when I am in the Seattle area. Quiet, safe and easy in the wallet.

It is a good room at a good price in a place where it is hard to find either one. We will probably stay here the next time we are in the area.

This hotel is a complete nightmare and unsafe and unsanitary and the staff does not care. There were loud banging on the doors, upstairs room sounded like we’re moving furniture's or something at 3am we checked in at 1 AM. The front office seem like he had enough and didn’t really care or knew what to do, we had zero sleep, next morning we left really early us we felt unsafe been there, the next door room was wide open and you can see people sleeping all over the floor and bed. Made sense where all the banging and loud noise was coming from. Do not stay here, this place is very unsafe.

Price was fair and location was convenient.

The place was ok, but its main plus was its low cost. The staff was great, but features were pretty tired/old. Breakfast was pretty much limited to yogurt, bananas, & 3 cereal selections.

Very basic property, yet suited our need for an overnight stay.

This is a great budget friendly hotel/motel with kind staff and clean rooms. The free breakfast was very basic but exceeded expectations for this price range. The location was excellent with many dining options and easy access to Seattle.

Didn't like the the TV. Very small screen and access to my normal or alternative programing very poor. Required info that most travelers would have readily available.
