This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. We have stayed here out of convenience with the Curling Club next door. Both experiences we have had rooms that have had extremely loud A/C - Heating units, to the point, sleep was impossible while in use. The pillows are the size of couch throw pillows and the shower wouldn't drain. All issues of facility maint. I will say, the staff is very nice and accommodating and the building overall is clean. This would be a 5 stars, if the facility was in better working order.

Enjoyable quiet place to stay

Room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. Check in is 3:00. Ridiculous.

Room was very clean, just a little bit of mold underneath the soap holder. All the employees were very friendly and nice not one that I made that was crabby. They were very hospitable and accommodating. From the front desk, staff, manager, housekeepers, and maintenance man. The lobby with well-kept and beautiful. The fireplace was nice and warm in the lobby. Breakfast was a good variety and filled us up in abundance. The pool was warm. Enough in the Jacuzzi was nice and hard. However, the Jets in the Jacuzzi need to be repaired. Which is a bummer but sufficient enough to relax and enjoy it nonetheless. The beds are firm, but good for a night's rest. The amenities of toiletries sufficient and plenty. The decor is comfortable and beautiful throughout the building. The sidewalks were well-kept in the winter. Plenty of brochures in the entryway to find something to do. The mattresses most clean and free of any buggy friends. The bedding was clean and warm. They even have gluten-free muffins for an alternative for my son in the morning. They had cookies and soup at night as well as coffee available all day in the lobby. A nice surprise. Only downfall was our room smells like pet even though we asked for a non-pet room so we popped open our window to air it out which helped by the second day. We also had a slow drain sink and the toilet was finicky to flush. He brought this to the maintenance man attention to hopefully be resolved before the next guest arrives. We will be back! :)

I liked the room, and I liked the soup that they provided from 5 - 7 PM. The breakfast options were good, and the lady who took care of the breakfast room was very pleasant. But I absolutely despise having Fox News on the TV in the lobby and breakfast room. I don't want MSNBC either, but there are plenty of options in between on the political spectrum and I am not sure why a business would alienate half their customers with this right wing propaganda

Staff was decent, some were rude and could easily tell they hate there job. Pool was colder than user pools. Hot tub was a decent temp. Breakfast area is tight, decent food. One worker was grabbing food with hands instead of tools. Check in was simple, they didn't scan keys right and did just for once night so had to get them redone. We had 2 decent staff members the rest were just rude and in happy.

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel. Great selection of breakfast options and friendly staff.

There was mold in the exhaust vent in the showers.

This was a nice hotel, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, convenient. We'll stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Pet-friendly room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Too bad it's so cold there :)

Average mid-level hotel, was clean and standard coffee/breakfast options. Its in a busy business district, so need to drive to go anywhere but easy access to a strip mall and fast food if just passing through or visiting the college. Would not recommend for vacation, but all the basic amenities for a quick night passing through.

This place is great!!! We loved the friendly staff and the plave was clean. They made sure we were happy with our stay.
