quiet rooms, nice location, easy access to Metro, walk, or uber services.

Was a very pleasant experience. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Close to many things. Quite stay.

The breakfast was very good. Many choices. Staff was friendly and thoughtful. Was dissapointed the pool wasn't open, but understand maintenance must be done.

Everything was good

Close to airport. Felt safe. Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Could hear neighboring occupants.

The fridge was noisy

From check-in to check-out I was very pleased with my stay. The common areas were clean and inviting. My room was also clean and very comfortable. I was expecting noise from the airport and from all the students staying there for a big sports event, but it was quiet. I was disappointed that the pool was under renovation and could not be used, but everything else was in good working order. Staff was also very pleasant all around. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the region.

Needed an affordable room for a 2 day conference, this was great for what I needed. Not a super fancy hotel, but was quiet, clean, comfortable and a convenient location. Close to the airport, grocery store, few fast food places. Did online check in and check out, staff was friendly. Was really happy with my stay, would come back again in the future

Bad experience during check in, the lady working had a dog with her and it wouldn’t stop barking. She even asked my 13 year old to back away from the counter with her food rather than control her dog while working. She was extremely rude. When I told her it was unnecessary she stated we could go find a different hotel if we would like. We were then informed the pool was out of service which is why I paid extra for this hotel. Room was ok but smelled terrible. You can see the hallway light under the door so much we could put our whole hand under it. The breakfast was good that’s the only bright side. I recommend they train the lady who worked Friday night April 11th on customer service! We will not be back

My son was sitting in the chair in our room and found a bug on him. I’m 99 percent sure it was a bed bug and was very difficult to squish.

Front desk agent Sabrina was ignorant as a crook. She left a paper trail showing that she checked me into the jacuzzi suite that I had reserved for three nights and lied at check in saying there was no reservation there and then threatened to kick me out when I became upset over the situation. She then booked me into three nites for another room because of the lies she told us about the first room. Taylor and the agent with Expedia were helpful in straightening the issue out however I am still very upset over its entirety!! My trip was not as planned and my money was held up for weeks. I was booked for three nites in a room I only stayed two nites in as well!! Taylor was put through heck as well over this because Sabrina is a horrible attribute to this property! She was horrible to her staff as well as us!! I’m disgusted by her behavior and as a former front desk agent and manager I am appalled that she is a part of this business! And why is my review not being submitted? I have reviewed it and revised it 5 times and I continue to get emails saying I cannot submit the information! This is ridiculous and unacceptable
