Great value for price

Quiet, clean and affortable

Overall good experience. The hotel is located in a great location. We had a couple of hiccups but management was quick to fix, no complaints. Breakfast was great each morning.

Front desk staff needs to take the time to take a shower!

The front desk clerk was very rude! He questioned our service dog and wouldn't refund our room when we wanted to leave so we had no choice to stay! Very poor customer service would not recommend staying there again!

No really significant complaints. Staff were very courteous, the facility clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast could have more items to choose from, but what was there was good.

Booked this hotel based on the amenities and reports of cleanliness & comfort. Staff was accommodating and helpful, but room was 2-star at best. Dirty mirrror (I mean, come on, gross- if that's dirty, what else is?), no bathroom fan so rust was apparent, stains on carpet, dirty nightstand surfaces, clock that wouldn't set, splattered walls. Bed was pretty comfortable. "Hot" tub was room temperature so we asked that it be turned up. Were told it was and would be hot in 45 min. Checked in an hour and still tepid room temp water so went to bed. (Checked hot tub temp next morning out of curiosity and it was cold.) Breakfast was pretty good with decent variety. (Needs more fruit though.) Really disappointing they didn't have a properly functioning hot tub, and my guess is it's not getting fixed soon. Despite the rest of the issues, I'd probably stay there again if it wasn't for that. Clean room, hot soak, and decent breakfast were on the top 3 list. 1 of 3 doesn't cut it.

The property was a bit shabby, the hotel breakfast options very limited, and the coffee undrinkable. But it was a good location, quiet (once the kids running and yelling through the hallways went to bed), and good parking.

The room was very clean. Though we did not need it, it was very good to see the accessibility features. We enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs and waffles didn’t taste like real food. Whole wheat bread options would have been nice.

I asked at the front desk about laundry and was told that I needed $3 in quarters. Turns out I needed $3 to wash and another $3 to dry. They left trash outside the front door every day. I told the front desk on the 1st day of my stay that my office chair was broken. When I left on the 5th day, they hadn't done anything about it or communicated anything to me. I am here on business and would have liked to work at the desk in my room. There business center was a computer and printer on a cardboard box under the staircase.
