The stay was Great!, but the first night there the overnight lady at the desk told us she couldnt give us any towels for our hot tube, because there were none and she couldnt do laundry or she would get yelled at. She was more worried about hanging with her "friend" then helping a customer out. The guy that worked the next day helped us out with some towels and a nice conversation. Other then that our stay was Great!!

We told them they didn't need to come in to our room. We just ask for clean towels and they ask me to bring the dirty one to get new ones. And they still enter our room. The room was not very clean bottle caps behind bed and under. Ice machine was not working. It smell like smoke. Peoples was fighting in middle of the night.

The bed had a lot of hair in it. Also the bathtub had a dirt ring, burnt cigarette marks and hair all over. The toilet had pubic hair and urine on the seat and bowl. The microwave had food all over the inside. Pool area closed.

Friendly staff, quiet (abandons) area.
The pool and dining area appeared to be rented out? to an outside family- limiting the availability to us.
The lamps, doors, toilets and other room furnishings are mismatched or horribly run down, as if they were purchased from random hotels going out of business.
continental breakfast was your typical items- but everything was cold- I don’t think the food warmers were working.

Shows hot tub on the web site and it was covered no longer in use. Got into the pool and asked for towels and was told they didn't have any. Not pleased with this portion of the stay. If you're wanting to swim i would look elsewhere.

This property was not worth the money at all. The room overall was stinky and filthy. The tub had cracks in it. Stains on the sheets. Burnhole in the comforter. We attempted to eat the breakfast. The eggs and sausage links were cold as the warmer was never turned on. The egg i attempted to eat was like a sponge. Absolutely disgusted. I would not recommend staying her. The staff were nice but not professional. In fact- the AM staff member, I thought was another guest until I saw him behind the counter.

Was planned to stay here for 3 nights. When we got to our room bedding was stained and floor didn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in sometime. We were going to tough it out until my wife went to bed and a cockroach ran over her. We immediately asked for a refund and switched hotels.
Staff was helpful and apologetic for the room. However, other members of our party who stil stayed at this hotel said they gave our room to someone later that night so they had complete disregard for the cockroach problem.

We had reserved a king one bedroom suite for 2 adults and 1 child. When we got there, we were given a small room with a queen bed and a filthy hot tub. We went back to the desk and was told that there were no more suites left. We then asked for a room with 2 queen beds, since the room that was given is very small. We were told that we could not switch to another room since we reserved through Hotels.com. I asked, “why did you all switch us from a suite to a small queen room?” We were informed that the Manager did it and there was nothing she can do. We ended up having to pay $20 more to get a roll away bed. And another thing…the hot tub in the pool area is not working and was advised that they will not be fixing it. They still advertise the indoor spa on their website. We will not be going back to this hotel ever again.

Pool was cold and only half the lights worked in the pool area. TV remote would only turn tv on, no other functions worked. Shower had shampoo that had dripped from wall dispenser dried on it.
