Very well kept, cozy, and clean. Staff are friendly, and jacuzzi is open only a few steps away. Did not encounter any issues at all.

A very quality stay. The room was extremely clean, even with a rug, which was nice. Bed and linens were nice, heat is adjustable and started off quite warm, but dropped quickly in response to our lower temperature. The hotel provides breakfast snacks and coffee complimentary, which is rather thoughtful. We didnt get to use the pool or hot tub but it looked clean.

My son and I stayed for one night while touring UVM. The room was old and outdated, but clean and comfortable. It suited our purposes for our one night stay. We didn't use the pool, it it looked nice.

I used to come here a long time ago. Nothing has changed or has been updated. The rooms are okay but desperately need renovating attention. The doors don't have a deadbolt and are blocked off, the bath was clean but staining on surfaces from years of use. The continently breakfast is nothing more than a bunch of wrapped up snacks. The staff seemed nice. I believe the last time it was updated was over 26 years ago.

The staff was very friendly. The room, well it was not worth what I paid. The carpet was filthy and stained. I was afraid to walk around without my socks on. The king side bed sank in the center. It reminded me of a Super8 motel. The pictures on the website was deceiving.
It was not what I expected when I opened the door to our room. I do have pictures if I need to provide proof. My husband and I will not stay here again nor will we recommend this place to anyone.

We chose this hotel purely for price, and that it had a working hot tub. The bathroom was held together with caulk, and barely cleaned. The sink was a mess. The door needed a scrubbing. There was a water leak from the floor above at one time, I checked the acoustic tile mark and it was dry, but I still marked it’s edges with a pen to see if it was still growing. Didn’t want a flood in the middle of the night. The place is tired and needs a revamp. If this is all you can afford, it will do in a pinch, just don’t expect much more than a hot pot of coffee all day and night at the service counter. It took two days to get the finger prints removed from the bathroom walls.

Staff was really friendly. For the price I paid for one night I would of hoped for a cleaner room. The top blanket had stains, there was left over trash from the last guest UNDER the bed. The shower curtain had what I assume was urine (random yellow stains on white curtains). The room I stayed in specifically (317) definitely needs some love cosmetics wise, burn holes on floor, mini fridge was iced over and broken shelves, the smell under the “kitchen” sink is something my nostrils wish they could forget. Hooks and no paintings.

Their where dirty sheets on our bed and I had to change them myself. Dirty floors. Their tub was dirty had dirt in the cracks where the seal goes for the tub. Dirty chairs. Fridge did not work and I lost the food I had put in it. The room did have good heating.
