Andreas Hotel & Spa

I wanted to be able to give Andreas 5 stars. It's a well maintained property. The breakfast box is much more than you get at other places. Coffee and candy bars are a great addition, as are stations for water w/lemon. Pool is well heated and the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is central to and despite being just off the street its not noisy. The staff is very friendly bordering on strict. That was our big issue, I get that there are "rules" but they take it to an extreme. The pool was full one day and 2 guests checking in sat down on the "reserved" chaise for rent. It was 3pm so no one was planning to rent it but they were told they could not sit there even to sit their champagne. So they moved to another spot on the wall and were told that blocked a staircase. Not the friendliest welcome. NO WATER BOTTLES AT THE POOL! (ok, we get it but to come take them away from us and make us use plastic instead of our reusable bottles is a waste for the environment). One day a gentlemen tried to move his chair to get some sun. Nope.cant move anything. The staff was friendly but we felt like we were scolded constantly. It is still one of the best properties and we want to come back next year but here's the kicker- I asked to book when we left and were told its not open for booking's yet. Then I asked (since I had used EXPEDIA) if I would get an email or bounceback offer and was told "we dont do that". I guess they are so busy they don't need /want return guests.

This was a girlfriends trip and they made it so special for us.Nickie at the front desk made us feel like family and Liz showed us around and was super sweet and kind.Will definitely go back.

Staff was very helpful and focused from the moment you step in the door. Rooms were clean and everything needed was provided or offered.

The Andreas is our favourite place to stay, not just in Palm Springs - but anywhere. The best staff - Nicky, Krystal, Merry, Karl, Tressa and Celina all work so hard to give customer service which is second to none We are counting the days until we can return again Thanks Guys, you’re the best

Nice, small hotel. Loved that there were no kids. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Staff was great. Our room however, faced the main tourist strip and was pretty noisy at night. Also, the boxed breakfast doesn't fit with the upscale vibe of the place and I'm sure results in a good deal of waste. Would appreciate a layed out continental breakfast where I can take only what I want.

Hidden fees (resort fees, gratuities) plus a $100 per day incidental fee charged up front was a bit much. We asked that the room be serviced after 3 days. Only the towels were changed. Nothing else was touched. The staff is friendly enough but the hotel is dated.

Lovely hotel, very accommodating hospitality. This is an older charming hotel. Two levels, the hosts are very accommodating in assisting guests. There are only stairs to the second floor, no elevator. We did not partake of the box breakfast. Really great restaurants close by. Located for easy walking in town, is very close to the art museum.

Andreas Hotel is a gem! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and my stay was perfect in every respect. My room, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel is in a perfect location…so close to the many restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs. I will definitely be booking here again when I come back!

Beautiful hotel with many nice and uniqie touches. It is close to everything we enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back.

Darling boutique hotel. Good beds. Centrally located, a/c works.

I love how it was in the middle of everything yet very quiet and private.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Hot tub and pool access is outstanding. Room is comfortable. Sauna is a real plus. Bathrobe was helpful. After noon shift person Karl was particularly helpful .

Great hotel! Loved the pool area, outdoor fireplaces, night-time lighting, and Sinatra music! Many great lunch and diner restaurants less than a half mile from the hotel. Workers were friendly and helpful!

The employees were very friendly, our room was clean and cozy, the pool was clean and warm and the grounds were very well maintained

Room was very clean and the staff had robes and a hand written welcome note on the bed, called the room about 15min after to check in to make sure everything was in order and we were satisfied with the room. Pool area was well maintained and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Our Go To small, private adults only boutique hotel where the best of downtown PS is just out the door. Staff friendly, helpful. Light snack breakfast provided daily, champagne upon arrival. If you want a “Resort”, with golf, tennis and a bar, this is not your place. But the pool is large and lively, spa on the premises, and everything else PS has to offer within footsteps away.

The staff was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay. The room was so cozy. We will be going back soon. Best place to stay in Palm Springs.
